Cancellation: Appointment Policy To help keep our schedule running smoothly, please review our booking terms: 24-Hour Notice: Free cancellations, rescheduling, or changes with at least 24 hours' notice. New Client Deposit: A non-refundable $25 deposit is required upon booking and goes toward your total service cost. It is forfeited for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Late Rescheduling: Moving an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice incurs a $20 transfer fee. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Card Authorization: A valid card on file is required to book. Booking confirms your agreement to these terms. Thank you for your cooperation!
