Cancellation Policy
At Avada Beauty LLC, We Get It! Life Happens!
We totally understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things pop up! If something urgent comes up and you can’t make it, just give us a heads-up. We’re all about keeping it cool and working with you!
*Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hrs prior. If not, we’ll charge you 50% of the service, because, hey, we’ve got to keep things fair.
*No-Call/No-Show Policy: If you can’t make it and forget to let us know, no worries! But please note, a No-Call/No-Show means a 50% service fee charge. We all love a heads-up!
*Late Arrival Policy: Running behind? We understand! If you're more than 15 minutes late for a fill, and if you're more than 30 minutes late for a full set, we’ll have to cancel your appointment and charge 50% of the service fee. We’re all about making sure every client gets the time they deserve, so please be on time!
For all full-set services due to low availability this service requires a 50% deposit that will go towards final payment but if there is a non emergency after 24 hr window reschedule/ cancellation that money will be forfeited to Avada Beauty for the lost time scheduled out.
